I just wanted to take a moment to express my overwhelming appreciation for our Rep Tina Bellis. At the drop of a hat, if I need her, she is always available to answer questions. From simple compliance questions to resolving unhappy customers, she has been an instrument in providing customer service excellence.

In this day and age we have become accustomed to customer service of convenience, but it is without hesitation that Tina embodies what it should be. I can say without a doubt that we at Hondru will stay loyal due to the service she has provided. May it be that we aren’t a large volume dealership, we have the values of putting our customers first, and this aligns with Tina’s performance. Whether she is having Dinner with her husband, or walking her Dog, she is always responsive and helpful.

Quality employees are hard to come by, if you haven’t already, I would take a close look at her, and see how you can support her. We have been doing business with ITS Nationwide since approximately 2018 and we have appreciated the support that they provide.  Every aspect of the process is seamless, from the quote to generating the paperwork.  If the Sales and Finance Teams input the proper information, and follow the appropriate steps, the process is easy.  It helps Sales and Finance prepare the out-of state customer for the steps that they need to take on their end, and what documents we need from their respective states, including inspection forms and emission inspection forms.  

The fees calculated are usually accurate and if there are excess funds collected, we always get a refund sent to the store to pass back to the consumer.  They send frequent reminders as to the status of the accounts and follow up with us regularly when we have not submitted.  We can always use their online portal to upload documents, and communicate with the team at ITS Nationwide.  The Sales and Finance teams can always log into the system to check the status of the process if a customer is inquiring.  This saves time with our administrative team and gets the customer answers faster.  We also find that the time estimates that ITS Nationwide provides are generally longer than the real time it takes for the paperwork and applications to be processed.

We truly appreciate the partnership that we have with ITS Nationwide.  Tina and team are always available for the more challenging states and applications.  They know the various states and what can be done to expedite, such as customer “meeting the paperwork” and strategies like that.
